This project uses your donations to provide free stress management sessions with licensed therapists to community members in need with the goal of reducing mental health crises in our community. This program works hand in hand with our local police, who often are the first to recognize where these services could make the biggest impact.
This 16-week course helps participants lift themselves out of poverty by exploring personal resources and providing education and an opportunity to increase self-sufficiency and create stability. We hope to use your donations to help break the cycle of generational poverty in our community through this impactful program.
